Shoe Order Process

1. Required paperwork
Before your first appointment, you will need to complete the required documents from the list below. All shoe orders require an order form and clinical notes from your prescribing doctor that describe your condition and the reason that you need prescription shoes. For diabetic shoes, an additional document, a diabetic statement from the doctor that treats you for diabetes, is required.

2. Evaluation
At your first appointment, our skilled clinicians will evaluate your needs and recommend an individually-tailored solution based on your doctor's specifications. Your clinician will take all the necessary measurements and impressions of your feet to ensure an accurate and comfortable fit.

3. Fitting & Delivery
Once your shoes are ready, we will schedule a fitting session to ensure they fit perfectly. We take care of the delivery process so you can start enjoying your new shoes.
